This all levels class will guide you through a series of postures and stretches to help you unwind, relax, and pause long enough to reconnect with yourself and feel rejuvenated. 

Let go of your stress, increase your well-being and develop inner peace with weekly outdoor yoga classes offered from July 7th to October 2018.

With over a decade of experience and training in the field of fitness and body awareness, I completed my 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course in the Sivananda Yoga tradition in March 2014 after having completed the level 3 training with YogaFit in 2007.
My group classes always encourage participants to connect to self and the body to build greater self-awareness.
I’m a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance
