This all levels gentle class will guide you through a series of postures and stretches to help you unwind, relax, and pause long enough so you can reconnect with yourself and feel rejuvenated.
Let go of your stress, increase your well-being and develop inner peace with weekly outdoor yoga classes offered from July 7th to October 2018.
With over a decade of experience and training in the field of fitness and body awareness, I completed my 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course in the Sivananda Yoga tradition in March 2014 after having completed the level 3 training with YogaFit® in 2007. In March 2015, I registered myself as a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
I have taught yoga in various locations including The Four Seasons Resort, Ocean Club on Paradise Island, The Bahamas and I currently teach at the Minto Pool & Fitness Facilities in Ottawa, ON, Canada.
My group classes always encourage participants to connect to self and the body to build greater self-awareness and to cultivate self-care.
Join me every Saturday morning starting July 7th, 2018
Where: Le Quai–des–Cageux, Gatineau, QC (In front of 939 rue Jacques-Cartier)
When: Saturdays from 9 am to 10 am
