Classes offered include breathing exercises, Hatha Yoga, and Yin Yoga.
With over a decade of experience and training in the field of fitness and body awareness, I completed my 200 hours & 500 hours Yoga Teacher Training Courses in March 2014 and July 2019 respectively in the Sivananda Yoga tradition.
Prior to these traditional trainings, I had completed the level 3 training with YogaFit® in 2007. In March 2015, I registered myself as a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, and completed a Yin Yoga training in June 2019.
I have taught yoga in various locations including The Four Seasons Resort, Ocean Club on Paradise Island, The Bahamas and had previously been teaching at the Sivananda Yoga Center in New York.
My group classes always encourage participants to connect to self and the body to build greater self-awareness and to cultivate self-care while their body learns to relax and recuperate.
